On Jan/2003 I bought a set of leather Sofa and Love seat at Levitz Furniture. The day of the delivery I notice small rip on the side panel and small hole on the seat and other defect on the love seat, I call Levitz that day and made the report. A few weeks later they sent the technician which made the report and order the parts. I got the seat replace and is not at firm as the others are, the side panel was never fix and still has the rip, the seat they replace has another hole in the same place that the other one.

To make the story short after my last call, on February I got a letter saying that I was no longer cover under the warranty. I called them again to ask them why if this is the same problem I reported on the delivery day, now is not cover, and what about the 5yrs protection plan? The lady was rude and she said the service technician says the problem was customer caused abuse.
I when to store to talk to the manager, Darick Mason, he also said there is nothing he could do that it was out of his hands.

My bigest rip-off problem is that I though I was buying leather furniture and what I got was plastic or man made material and cheap too.

I wish they put a STOP to this and that no one ever get rip-off by Levitz or any other company. Thank you for your help.
