I am here to report the horrible experience I had at Levitz in Corona, CA in August 2007. I walked in and was greeted by associate Jerry Chavez and told if I need help finding anything at all to find him or any other sales asociate. At this time I was happily browsing and found a set of lamps and couches. I've been a repeat customer at Levitz for years. I went and found Jerry and asked him for help.

To my amazement, this time he gave me a sour look and got up. He followed me to the couches and lamps I wanted. I showed them to him and the only thing he said to me the entire time was "alright" and left to get me a total price. I waited on the love seat for at least a half an hour assuming he was occupied.

Finally I got up to look for Jerry, and I found him sitting down chatting with another male associate. He looked up and saw me, jumped up and said with a smirk "Oops, I forgot about you" By this time I was infuriated, I asked his full name and I just turned around and walked out.
