Upon the first 24 hours of having the sofa chair and ottoman I was displeased. I called immediately in hopes of and exchange. the furniture was discolored with lumpy and loose fabric. I went to some idiot of a authority on the matter in new york at the main headquarter. He too was difficult there was nothing he would do for me aside from the traditional customer service. I said that that was not working, no response was given. I then said what can I do now in order to find satisfaction. All he would say over and over like a broken record was "Mamm, your asking me to work on assumptions."
He also said levits would be taking too much of a loss if I exchanged my new furniture for something else. He actually made me cry. I have tried going to Better business Bureua. and a local consumer watch and news channel. I had not recieved results from either...Now knowing how many others are having the same problem .. I would like to persue a class action suit. If interested contact me
