Complaint Review: lew blum towing inc

 Friday of December 19th 2014 was the worst experience I ever had with a clueless and non educational person of my life. I was parked at 9th and filbert at thd wearhouse apartments downtown to pay a car ticket and unfortunately the lot I was in was a private parking. Didn't take nomore than 2 mins till the tow truck when I had seen them when I was in the parking ticket place. I ran out to move my car and this asian guy or cambodian with perfect English said he was taking my car even tho I pretty much got to my car right when he pulled up. He lied  to me aboutaalready running my tags through .

He said he was going  to tow my car and pay 200$+ or pay 175$ upfront just cash! Then he reduced it to '167$. The funny thing is my car wasn't even attached yet! when I argued with him about why he was trying to tow my car he attached my car .  After while he said I could give him 167 or whatever I could. I gave him 60$ and never got a receipt! Complete bullshit.  Filing a report and complaint. Took me two days to find out which bullshit towing company I was dealing with and when I call the company whoever is charge of the phone hung up on me.  Company is scamers and liars. And pocketing money and ripping off people on the streets.
