LADIES how many times have we put a guy first and no matter what we're left unloved unappreciated, lied to and cheated on just because we were nice and tried to trust them and treat him well. Well that's my story. I'm not here for attention. I'm posting because I feel like people shouldn't get burnt like this and maybe this will give insight on how deceptive people can be. Hes running a big scam and him and his mom are both doing it together. He is using women for money to support his entire lifestyle as he is out of work and to get an organ transplant. This guy is a total public service announcement. LEWIS BEN WILLIAMS AKA BIG SWOLL IS A LIFE SUCKING PIECE OF WORK WITH NO MORALS. OK I met this jerk a year ago. I lived out of state he had a cl ad in my area. I had seen it a few months before responding. When I did this guy Mr. ex nfl small time player explained that he was in my state often because his "agent" lived here. of course I was apprehensive about a long distance relationship but I agreed to at least get to know him. He asked me to Google his name explaining that he was such a public figure and his life is an open book. well when I 1st looked I learned that he had kidney failure. I'm a registered organ donor so I thought maybe I could help. I contacted the number and within a few weeks I learned that I was a match. we met a month later. This guy never came to my state in fact I had to come see him twice. I spent over 2 grand buying him and his mommy gifts for Xmas and I didn't even get told merry xmas. His excuse was that he was so tied up with his family. so for valentines day I flew in to see him and boy did I fly back in tears. He made me pay for every little thing and he was constantly talking to a woman who he claims owed him money. I later learned was a f*** buddy who was also his friends wife. This a$$ wasted my time and over the months I couldn't understand why he'd treat me so badly. I was literally the last person he'd talk to during the day. He has all these female friends that are way younger and suspect and worst of all I learned this jerk had ads all over the US even in central America. It was the exact same ad and I realized that this guy uses women and his main objective was to con women into donating him an organ. He has no interest in seeing you unless you invest in the trip. He'll introduce you to his mom and tell her you're just a donor or a friend but she talks to several of his women pretending to be a good friend.. Most importantly if you have kids he can careless about them too. I've got a disabled child and never once did he ask about him. I told him once he was having surgery and this jerk changed the subject by telling me about his broken down body and health instead. I knew then he wasn't the one for us. He's a selfish narcissistic jerk who tries his best to relive his old college days. He's a very cold person and you can give and give until you have nothing left and he's already got back up women who probably think he's really with them. This guy only was interested in seeing me twice 8 months apart. who does that?!? I stuck by him because as deceptive as his pics are he's always sick and I didn't have the heart to leave someone like that but later I learned it was just a control tactic. He even dropped the L word yet in person he'd never say such. He lied about not having a baby. I discovered he decided to have a child with a Mexican w***e(literally) in Mexico City. He denied it yet threatened a break up if I didn't leave it alone. With all of this I decided to not give him another year of my life. I have moved on and although I'm happier now I never want anyone to go through such hurt. He leaves you always feeling insignificant and calls you negative when you express any feelings. He's so full of himself he feels like he's entitled to treat people like they're an option and disposable. All this guy does is use you and play games. He always has an excuse. I'll take account that I was a fool in love but when a person gets tired then they leave. Trust me if you see a big mass of mess like this run. He's possible disease waiting to happen. You'll save yourself heartache unless you enjoy being used and abused. He's the epitome of the sorry a$$ . There's better big actual men out there. Update: since this posting I've uncovered several women that he has scammed over 40k from. It was also confirmed that his nfl friends wife he's been having an affair with. The same woman he spoke to while I was there visiting him recently. I also learned that he was in my state every other weekend only ten mins away from me without me ever knowing in fact he was seeing a woman who was very generous paying for all of his trips and that was the "agent" he claimed booked him promotional trips and meetings. I also learned he rocks MOLLY aka ecstasy. Total druggie on steroids. What a loser needs drugs and pics just to get it up I guess. Just remember ladies if you're looking for a MAN or you have a man and aren't happy trust me the grass isn't greener on the other side. That s*** is just astro turf. He is not an upgrade. Look for another or stay content and work things out with your current situation or you may regret it hard fallen. Trust me it doesn't matter how nice you are. How pretty you lookor if you are good in bed or what you drive. He is after money and an organ and he'll take from anyone from the rich to the poor he finds something to use in everyone's heart and wallet.

The verdict on the hilarious court case is that the case was dismissed Jan 2017. It was a real circus act. Ben Williams could not state a claim after being given plenty of time to do so which was over a year and according to court documents Ben Williams and his "agent" listed as Tiffany Brooks weren't even paying the attorneys that filed over 40 entries before eventually asking the courts to terminate their duty to counsel the plaintiff all the while trying to sue first for $10 million initially then $160,000 . The truth always wins ha ha ha! All of this can be verified in the federal court documents under pacer.

On September 29, 2015, the Cincinnati law firm of Villalba Dunn LLC (with the assistance of Kentucky local counsel Freund, Freeze and Arnold) filed a federal lawsuit for defamation on behalf of Lewis “Ben” Williams against Tara Pope Dunn. Ms. Dunn has made a defamatory attack on Mr. William’s reputation in an attempt to discourage other individuals from considering donating a kidney to this very ill man. Anyone interested in confirming the existence of this suit may contact the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. The case number is 2:15-cv-00172-WOB-JGW Williams v. As legal representation and on behalf of Mr. Williams, I will be providing this rebuttal. To begin, though we are all entitled to freedom of speech one should be very careful of how they choose to use thier first amendment rights.
My client Mr. Williams is and has always been a virtuos member of society. From his humble child hood, to college, professionally, and present day. Mr. Williams is a graduate from a Big Ten University. a former professional athlete in multiple arenas. My Client has also excelled professionally in the corporate world.
Mr. Williams has never fathered a child with any woman no matter the country or state. He did not date the woman who wrote this ripp off report complaint. The particular individual was only (yet greatly appreciated) a possible organ donor at her own offering to Mr. Williams and his family. Her brief interaction (1 meeting) with his mother was only to discuss the kidney donation she was offering. The one trip made to Mr. Williams state was at her own will and offer. She never visited his home. There was never a sexual or intimate relationship between them. Her anger stemmed from Mr. Williams rejecting her advances and desire to have achild with him. The statement of this woman providing thousands of dollars worth of gifts is completely false. She did send an inexpensive wallet to Mr. williams for Christmas along with a scarf and card to his elderly mother. These gifts were not warranted nor expected. They were however appreciated. The calls expected from Mr. Williams during the christmas season did not happen due to the fact there was no need. These two people were not in a relationship.
The mention of other women who Mr. Williams allegedly swindled (and are taking part in this hoax) is completely false. Only one woman (an educated degreed professional) dated Mr. Williams for six years. This woman and Mr. Williams split on good terms and remained cordial to one another. Any thing given or recieved in this particular relationship was not a swindle nor was it a form of con. This was a long term committed relationship that ran its course as many relationships do.
Another woman who is partaking in this hoax was never in a relationship with Mr. Williams. This particular woman was merely an associate that shared fun times with Mr. Williams. Fortunately Mr. Williams was able to assist her son through drug rehad successfully and was shown appreciation by her entire family for such a valiant endeavor.
To state Mr. Williams was involved in a relationship with a person who is associated with prostitution and who allegedly carried a child by Mr. williams in another country is false. As previously stated Mr. Williams has no biological children with anyone.
The mother of Mr. Williams is well into her seventies. She happens to be a well educated degreed woman in retirement. Mrs. Williams holds the respect of her community and family. Never has she been involved in unscrupulous behavior or cons. Though she has built relationships with a select very few women Mr. Williams has dated; in no way has she done anything wrong. If building a friendship or having cordial interaction with someone a child dates is a con then moe than half of the worlds parents are wrong and out of order.
Though Mr. Williams does not have biological children he does adore children and would never take any health issues lightly that one might have.
The mention of Mr. Williams being involved in a relationship with a woman who allegedly was married to a friend of his is false. This woman was never married to a professional athletic friend of Mr. Williams. and was unduely harrassed by the three women who wrote this compalint.
Mr. Williams does not date women in hopes of obtaining a Kidney donor. His faith in God sustains him and gives him great comfort in knowing he will be afforded a donor in due time. Unfortunately since the malicious, and inaccurate posting of this complaint (it has been purposely linked to the Living Kidney Donor site) there have been a total of zero living kidney donors to asist in helping Mr. Williams. This number dropped drastically from 200.
This act of free speech is now possibly costing a man his life, an elderly women great hurt, and a relationship strained only because adult women feel rejected, and hurt. Thier only recourse seems to be a form of public humiliation and defamation of character.
Mr. Williams did not offer a service to the complaintant(s) and owes nothing to any person involved in this hoax.
There is great appreciation for every person who has been a postive motivating force wihin the lives of the Williams family.
It is simply asked that each person judging Mr. Williams via this inflamatory posting use great discretion and compassion. There is no justfication for the course of action that has been taken against him by the person posting this complaint. Mr. Williams will see this through legally and will not be intimidated or discouraged by these unfortunate actions.
