is a scammer who lives in Garland Texas , Dallas Texas . He rolls back the miles on every car he sells he buys his cars from individuals from other states and then washes the titles to Texas.  He will buy let's say a salvage title car in Louisiana and then title it here so it's clean. Although his drivers license is issued from New Mexico he resides here. He issues a P.O. box so he doesn't have a residence on file so you can't find him. He rents rooms from people for $300 bucks a month so he can stay hidden. When he buys your car on craigslist he promises to transfer the title but then leaves the plates on and gets thousands of dollars in tollway fines in that persons name. He did this to his own friend Nick. He drives around in a salvage title silver Bentley that he scammed some guy out of in New Orleans it's salvage title and has probably 200k butv he sells it as clean title 76k miles. He is a total piece of Mexican garbage is he even legal? His mom is a poor crackhead janitor somewhere in garland. His father is a drunk Mexican somewhere in Mexico. Lewis Ibarra has been to prison 2 times the 1st time it was for human trafficking the 2nd time was for grand theft auto. He buys these piece of junk cars and then tries to sell them to dealerships so he doesn't have to sell them. Well after all the dealers he knew refused to do business with him any longer because he's so shady he sells them himself or has his nasty l*****n baby mama sell them for him. He uses pre paid phones to do his scam and never puts a phone in his name. This guy is bad news we checked his arrest record and now there's an indecency with a minor charge pending on this guy he's very bad news. He will take a salvage title vehicle title and erase the salvage somehow. I guess the time he spent in jail he got educated because this man has not had a job since 05. All he does is scam 24/7 365. He has no business or storefront he relies on the dealers to do his dirty work. Or he used to that is until they all black balled him. His new scam of choice extortion he demands money that has already been paid to him and when u refuse he will slander you your business your parents businesses anyone you know.  and what happens when u kick his a** he calls the police and plays the victim. Hahahahah he's not a victim he's a scammer. all his old friends call him "The Rat" this guy is scum and should be deported. He prays on good hardworking people and piggy backs off their success because he has none. Ya he may drive a Bentley with no ac and bad suspension and hail damage and a salvage title but he's a nobody a crook a p**** a snitch a thief  a liar a coward. He writes reviews online about people and their businesses and their friends businesses and he's about to get sued not like they will get anything because this guy has nothing he lives day to day to scam just to eat. He has two little kids by 2 diff moms who both say he's a horrible dad he doesn't see his kids or pay for them just a joke of a (((REDACTED RACIAL SLUR))).  Anyway Lewis I hope you find this post also your website will be done soon everyone check it out lewisibarra.com
