Complaint Review: Lexi Beauty / We Are Brave USA

Lexi Beauty is a scam.  I ordered hair extensions and was supposed to only pay for shipping (which, of course was high for what I was ordering.)  However, when I finished my order, they offered an add on "special" but when you hit "NO THANKS", the SPECIAL was added onto your order anyway.  So instead of paying $25, I was charged $60 for what was junk and the entire order, including the additional was worth LESS than the original $25 that I was supposed to pay.  

When I contacted Customer Service via email  immediately after I placed my order to report that the website had added on the other product (there was NEVER a phone # provided to me to contact them), I was told by Customer Service that I MUST have ordered it because their website does not make mistakes.  They refused to remove the additional order.

This company is a scam and I would run away as quickly as possible.  DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
