Lexington Homes Aka Craig Gallagher, ripoff, decieved, Consumer Complaint, law suit, litigation, shoddy home constrution, Contract bait & switch New Port Richey Florida
A Contract for home construction purchase was signed 6/04 with Lexington Homes Inc aka Craig Gallagher in tampa, Florida. The home was contractually due for delivery on 12/04. It is now 10/05, and the home is still not ready.
Notwithstanding, we just reieved a letter from from Lexington Homes aka Craig Gallagher's Attorney stating Lexingtons Homes request to withdraw from the contract, and the intent of keeping our $22,000 deposit as ransom for unspecified damages!? What?
OK. I know what your thinking. Your thinking, how can Lexington Homes get away with this injustus??? The Answer: They dont care!
They are the equivalent of a Modern day "Jesse James", Bonnie & Clyde, or John Dilligher. A company run by a bunch of family inbreds who take their orders from the Head Mob Boss Craig Gallagher. Why, just check out the Better Business Bureau for the TAMPA area, and you will find a " unsatisfactory rating " for Lexington Homes. If they dont perscibe to any ethical oversight watchdog, what you see, is what you get! Ripped-Off!
We are in process of pursuing legal action against Lexington Homes, whom claims the distinction of " Extreme Makeover " participant recently seen on TV in spring 2005. We say our experience with Lexington Homes & Craig Gallagher have been a " Extreme Ripoff " to say the least.
Our experience with Lexington Homes has been a nightmare. They have extorted, lied, cheeted, stolen, performed shoddy construction, used substandard building materials, ruined or damaged installed upgrades, and left our family homeless from the house that is righfully ours not to mention the $22k they stole from us. Lexington Homes even tried to Extort us into closing without running water, and faulty electrical lighting, and doors that would not shut properly.
It's incredible, and Craig Gallagher could care less! Their whole staff are the rudest people we have ever met which included using profanity in front of us,and in front of our children. Truely Lexington Homes has no shame.
It now looks like a judge will have to decide the fate of our $22,000 deposit, and home. Trust me, this whole process is a b***h, and its just going to get worse. We fully intend to take every measure possible to protect our interest. If Lexington Homes is doing this to us, they will do it to the next unsuspecting home buyer.
Take my advise, and use my experience to avoid making a $300k to $1mm mistake. There are professional reputable builders in the tampa area. Before choosing any builder, do your homeswork, and " Beware of Lexington Homes "!

The internet is a great thing but has a few flaws. One of the biggest is that people can post any kind of lies about someone and hide their identity acting as a coward. The information (if you can even call it that) that you have posted is laughable to the point I wont even bother to comment on it
It seems a little strange that this post is showing up 5 years after the original post and 4 years since I sold my interest in Lexington Homes. The timing of the post does exactly coincide with my having had papers served on an individual pertaining to the lawsuit that is currently happening over this altercation. Yes the timing is very coincidental and you even knew about pending litigation.
I will contact my attorney to see if we can subpoena the author of this post or maybe you just may want to share with the world who you are? Show everyone you do indeed have a set.
I am flattered that you spent your Thanksgiving holiday thinking of me. Not too smart, see you in court.

Craig Gallgher got his a*s beat in a bar in 2007 and then was caught by his girlfriend in bed with another man. You dont want to be craig steven Gallgher. I saw Craig S Gallagher start a fight at tequil bay in Dec of 2007. he was running at the front door trying to get out and when they finaly let him out, he swung and missed then got hit so hard he never stood up again. he was beaten and should have been. I heard that he paid the bartender and bar manager to lie and they would try to sue the guy that beat his a*s. we will see, but all lexington home owners take note.

Its good seeing businesses lose lawsuits & filing false slander lawsuits its time to ruin businesses like how they ruin peoples lives they whine people have slandered their repuation & file false lawsuits agaisnt people. Its time we start winning if a company steals your money & you not get what you paid for you have the right to ruin their reputation, & if they file a false lawsuit agaisnt you you can sue them for slander haha, lawyers cannot do anything to you on this website they can threatnen you & harass you which the business paid them to do. Its time businesses get what they deserve & to quit stealing from people.

LEXINGTON LOOSES LAWSUIT!!

Score it as a victory! As I stated in earlier post, Lexington filed a Lawsuit against us for " Slander of Title " in the County of Hillsborough, Tampa FLorida. Out attorney requested a hearing before the Judge "Crenshaw " to have the civil suit against us dismissed because the contract provided a dispute resolution in AAA Arbitration, AND that there could be no Slander has the result of a Contract dispute. Lexington's dopy attorney pursisted in his baseless argument for civil court until the Judge told Johnathan Ellis of Shoemakker,Kendrick,Loop, to basically sit down, shut up, then dismissed the suit.
This guy Johnathan Ellis, my opinon, is about as incompetent as they come. He's the kind of guy who will argue the merits of why Human Crap really doesnt stink??!! I can see why Lexington has him on the payroll. I think of Ellis as Lexingtons "Pit Bull", whos tied up on a leash outside their offices with a sign hanging from his collar that says " customer service, sales office, Warrenty Department, or Contruction Dep.. He ( Ellis) is Lexingtons solution to any dispute process. If Lexington Homes installs the wrong door, installs the wrong kitchen cabnets, uses the wrong paint color scheme, whatever....and you the customer have a problem with it, and convey your dissatisfaction to Lexington.......Lexington calls out the pit bull attorney to "fix it". Now thats what I call customer service!
Finally....AAA arbitration is set to begin very shortly. We expect a resounding WIN along with damamges. Our evidence is so compelling against Lexington Homes Breach of Contract, this waste of time shouldnt last very long. Once thi phase is complete, I will post a update!

On or about March 1, 2006 we are scheduled to commence arbitration proceedings against Lexington Homes, Inc in New Port Ritchy, Florida. Lexington Homes has also filed a Lawsuit alleging "slander of title " after we filed a " memorandum of contract " to protect our rights to the interest in that property, thus preventing Lexington Homes from Unjustly selling the property, and stealing our $22k deposit. We are in process of getting this suit dismissed because the contract calls for AAA arbitration, and the lawsuit is baseless. We intend , and fully expect to be victorious over this injustus. Its just sad that the owners of Lexington Homes, and their employee's dont have to go to prison which is exactly where they belong. BEHIND BARS!
