 This hotel is definitely not a 3-star Hotel. When we got here to the room the previous person who was here left a soap bottle in the shower that was still there. After our first night the next day we returned and our room was barely even touched soap bottle still there a trash on the floor was left all they did was make our bed and give you towels. The next day we told a housekeeping person what had happened and she said she apologized and she would take care of the room for us today. We just returned to our room to find it completely untouched nothing had been done. Trash on the floor dirty towels bed unmade nobody had even come in the room. When we told the front desk they said they were really busy because of a lot of people coming in for and Indianapolis Speedway race and they could not get to all the rooms. I find that incredibly lame. We said but it's your business to clean the rooms you obviously need to hire more people if you can't clean all the rooms. The gal at the front desk said that's not my responsibility. I will never stay in a Lexington hotel anywhere in the world ever again. I give it half a star. Oh I forgot to mention when we got here the bed was deflated we had to have custodian come and put air in the inflatable mattress.
