Complaint Review: Lexington Landscape - Danny Dew

The landscaper, Danny Dew, from Allensvile, KY, works as subcontractor on government jobs, does not pay so-called independent workers scale pay, overtime, benefits, only hourly pay, which is way below government scale pay. Has paid workers $4.00 an hour, laughs about cheating them out of a few hours, writes their hours on scratch paper, workers are mostly mexican immigrants which do not tell on him because they should not be here.

He has frauded IRS so badly and laughs, does not want them to see him home, or should I say "mansion", has over a million dollars and all from the employees (not independent contractors) and Uncle Sam.

Also pays employees cash, has them cash checks at bank for him for $20,000 and bring him the money, they get nothing except responsibility for his money, that is cheating everyone.

Bills for trees that cost a lot more and plants cheaper ones, waters down his hydro seed, made $130,000 in one month for watering down all hydro seed and laughed, framed copy of check.

Hopefully he won't get the last laugh.
