What a rip off, they told me they would take money out of my account on a specific date and took it out on the first 12 days before agreed. They are giving me the run around about a refund telling me that they processed a refund and that it's up to my bank if I get it or not. What a load of bull.

I have an account with them, and they have been very helpful in repairing my credit. I have my monthly fee auto drafted from my checking account, so there is no surprise as to when I am billed for their services.
On the other hand, I have learned a lot since I have been a client of theirs, and I could have done some of this myself, but probably not all of it. They have helped me remove an auto repo and a few charged off accounts. I am pleased with their services.

I contacted Lexington Law Firm on Friday, Jan 6th and was assured my refund was being sent back to my bank but it sometimes takes the banks more then 30 days to credit back to my account. I wish everyone who has been victimized by this Credit Repair company would join together and file a class action suit against them and put these jokers out of business. There is no attorney, it's all paralegals. What a scam.
