Complaint Review: Lexington Law

Lexington Law I was double charged in April 24, 2018 for 129.95. I contacted them for refund due to over charging me. The person sounded shady that I spoke to about refunding me money so I contacted my bank to receive refund. They stated that they tried to refund my money but since it was disputed with my bank they pulled back the refund which was fine.  Monroeville Pa

I was double charged in April 24, 2018 for 129.95.  I contacted them for refund due to over charging me.  The person sounded shady that I spoke to about refunding me money so I contacted my bank to receive refund.  They stated that they tried to refund my money but since it was disputed with my bank they pulled back the refund which was fine.  The I received another charge of 129.95 May 2, 2018 so now I have a total of 260.00 out of my account that should not have happened.  Now I have to dispute this with my bank again.  They stated that they only see one charge for April and not two so I sent them my bank statement showing both charges and still they repeated that they don't see the charge on their end. 

You b****** just took my money and think that's ok.  BS!!!!!!  I told the manager to close my account but when I called back and spoke with a customer service rep they stated that my account was still open wtf.  They pleaded with trying to keep their business with me after the mess but now I cannot trust you.  Rub if those b****** try to sign you up please.  Plus My credit score fluctuated like crazy.  When I thought it was getting better BOOM, my score went down.  I can do this on my own and not have this type of grief.
