I signed up for credit repair service by Lexington Law. I was told they cannot charge me until they work on my case. I wasn't going to send in my credit reports until I could afford it. The contract says NOTICE OF CANCELATION, Ryan Waters, PLLC allows you to cancel this Agreement at any time without penalty or future obligation and federal law requires that you be given two Notices of Cancellation:, Even though it says NOTICE OF CANCELATION, this is not one of the two notices of cancelation. The (2)two different Notices of Cancelation are the (2)two Notices of Cancelation they are speaking of. The (2)two that are below that are the (2)two Notices of Cancelation they are speaking of. They charged my bank account $99, putting it in a negative balance, and said that the $99 doesn't count to have to have work done on my case before being charged.

This issue was resolved after filing a report with the BBB and disputing the charge with my bank. Lexington Law called and kissed my a** and said that no charges would be put through again.
