Complaint Review: LexisNexis

LexisNexis WARNING! Do not enter into an agreement with LexisNexis. We entered into an agreement with the sales dept. for legal research. We gave them a month's notice when canceling the service. They did not honor their agreement! We contacted LexisNexis several times proving that we did not owe anything. Then a debt collector sent a notice that a certain "balance" would be posted on our credit report if not paid.

FINALLY, a rep called us. We detailed how the agreement was structured and sent documentation again. The agent said he would get back. NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK. Be careful, they will try to ruin your credit.

Customer support is worthless. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing! LexisNexis is too big for their pants! How can a company be operated in such a fashion and expect to be successful? BEWARE!
