Lexmark Terrible printer jambs, stops working and will not spool from computer Lexington,, Kentucky

I purchased a Lexmark Prevail Pro 705 wireless printer 6 months ago and also purchased an extended warranty.  Within 2 months the printer began to have trouble spooling from the computer through the wireless network.  Spooling was delayed and would often be non-responsive. I tried to delete the print job, but it would not respond either. The only sollution was to unpkug the printer, the USB cable and restart my computer (which caused me to lose the on-line data I was trying to print). then the printer began to jamb each time I tried to print.


After spending countless hours on the phone with tech support, wasting work time, paper and ink, Lexmark finally agreed to send me a new printer.  I am waiting on it to arrive...


DO NOT BUY LEXMARK PRODUCTS unless you like wasting time!
