Lexus Of Glendale purchased this vehicle from another dealer and did not know of the history. We offered to purchase the vehicle back from the owner but he said no he wanted his money back plus compensation. The customer would never let us see the vehicle or even sit down with him inorder to resolve the issue. Even after talking with the B.B.B., DMV, and Lexus this customer would not meet with anyone. The DMV did not say that it was illegal to sell a vehicle in CA that came from any other state. We at Lexus Of Glendale feel we did our part to assist this customer.
