THIS HORRIBLY MANAGED, SHADY "Dealership"! I currently lease an SUV from them and I regret it not because of my car (its great!) but the dishonesty and blatent lying done by not only the salespeople but the management as well. If you already are a client of them, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING because as their management says, they will not honor their own oral contracts... even when it was promised and confirmed by three members of management (finance manager Gary too) and Wayne Sommers (one of the owners of the dealership)...who by the way tries to intimidate clients that call lexus north miami on their bullsh.. by telling them that he's "a lawyer" and goes on to insult clients who were calling the dealership for months just to get lied to (that is, when we could go in person to the dealership because they do not return numerous phone calls over a period of 7 months about the same issue). SHADY+DISHONORABLE+HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE+ CROOKS= NORTH MIAMI LEXUS! go to any other dealership besides them... trust me, its not worth the "grand amenities" they offer... which is only to mask the scummy management. YOU WILL GET A BETTER PRICE at another dealership because of these stupid amenities!!!

I am looking to buy a new vehicle..and I 'googled' the Toyota link you left and quote...
"Toyota recalled nearly 1.7 million cars worldwide Wednesday for fuel leaks, the latest in a ballooning number of quality problems that could further tarnish its reputation in the crucial U.S. market. Toyotas latest recalls are mostly in Japan, but they also include the IS and GS Lexus luxury models in North America. There were no accidents suspected of being related to the latest recall, according to Toyota. The carmaker said it had received 77 complaints overseas, 75 of them in North America, and more than 140 in Japan.
So, they had 77 or 75 or 140 whatever complaints out of millions and millions of sales but I want to ask you since you seem to be the expert and so caring... What brand/make/model do you suggest I buy or should I just get a f*****g horse?

Yes, all that and more. Those people are crooks and thugs. In my case they called me up weeks after I got ripped off the first time and threatened to repo my car and keep my hefty deposit unless I agreed to sign another contract where they could rip me off even more. Stay away from that place unless you want a bunch of headaches.
