LG Appliances New refrigerator has short LG won’t replace! Huntsville Alabama

We have a new LG fridge, with the plastic still on it. It has a short in it.

The serviceman recommends a new one but the tech line said he has to replace a couple of items first and then if it still trips the breaker to call them back. They tell me a different story, each time I talk to LG.

We have been waiting since December for them to send the parts. I purchased this for a remodel of a rent house. I lost January’s rent due to no fridge. We purchased another fridge (Not an LG) so we wouldn’t lose Febuarys rent as well. Happy we did as we are still waiting on parts.
