LG Electronics USA Inc. 42 PX4D Plasma TV with alot of snow after only 3 1/2 years old and LG don't want to take responsability Huntsville, Alabama

Beware of LG Plasma TV, i bought the TV 3 1/2 years ago and and wow it was the greatest TV ever and about 8 months ago I started to see some snow in the black and then it got worse and worse now I cannot see the difference between HD and regular TV and it's bad,  it's embarrassing,  


I know the warranty was expired but I said to myself you know LG is a big company and maybe they will help and after all i paid $2600.00 for this TV so I email the customer service and it took 3 or 4 days to get a response saying that they could not help me.


i'm very upset because before this LG Plasma  I had a Sony that i bought in 1986 and was still working like new after 20 years and I traded that very good TV for this piece of s**t.


so stay away from LG I don't trust them.....

In my opinion this is not a Rip Off, it is a complaint, a small distinction but important to me. By the way things built by humans fail. LG felt that they were fair by providing the warranty they did (and published the rules in the manual), and probably would have helped out if you were anywhere near to the expiry date. Complaints are one web site over.
