I purchased a stove and oven in 2020 as a treat for myself, but I've had nothing but issues. The management company provided a second-hand fridge and stove that started malfunctioning within the first year—the gasket on the fridge ripped, and the door shelf broke. Just a week ago, the shelves completely collapsed. I wrote to the Better Business Bureau about my experience with the fridge, and the stove has its own problems: the temperature is off, and one of the knobs has completely stopped working. A "presidential liaison" promised a resolution in 5-7 days, but when she called back, she said there was nothing they could do. My perishables have spoiled while I waited for her to inform me that I was out of warranty. How could she not know this before making me wait? I will never support this brand again!
