Buyer beware if you work on your own appliances!!

I purchased the LG set, washer and dryer from BestBuy around 1 year ago. Then the dryer stoped heating. I then call the service # and requested phone support.

I was told only a service tech. could work on the machine and I could not buy ANY parts to repair the machines myself.

I must call a service Tech. to do all repairs on the LG machines. LG phone support then gave me a local # to call and the man came out and said he had only worked on 2 other LG machines. HE worked on it for 2 hours and said it was fixed $98 then he left and he came back the next day because it still didnt heat.

All I wanted was a print with part # like my 12 year old sears machines had... and it was still running when I got the LG...
