Complaint Review: LG SOFTWARE INNOVATIONS

I purchased 1clickdvdcopy with the intention of archiving my DVD collection and to copy my personal DVD's that I have made. I chose this software application after doing some research on the internet and the bullet-proof advertising made it sound like a reasonable product. This was a bad decision.

For anyone thinking about purchasing this software THINK TWICE. It is highly recommended that you first download the trial version to see if the software even works on your machine. This way you are not out $59 if the software does not work as it most likely will not.

After determining that the software did not work on my PC, I sadly found out that not only does the company NOT have any warranty or refund policy, they DO NOT HONOR REFUND REQEUSTS. Instead LG Software Innovations staff members throw numerous requests at you and with total disregard for the fact that you have to keep purchasing media to try each new request. After each unsuccessful attempt and request for a refund, I was met with yet only another solution, and NO acknowledgment of my refund. After twenty emails, over $50 dollars in media, and numerous hours of wasted time trying to fix LG Software Innovations 1clickdvdcopy application, my pocket is $59 dollars lighter, and my faith in Internet software vendors is crushed.

Another piece of advice, DO NOT USE YOUR ATM/DEBIT CARD to have the software taken out via ACH withdrawal! You have absolutely no leverage with the bank or credit union due to laws defining refundable purchases. Instead if you insist on purchasing this software, use a credit card that you know will dispute the charge in your favor!

Not only would I NOT recommend LG Software Innovations 1clickdvdcopy, I would also offer this piece of advice Buyer Beware! If the software does not work YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND PERIOD!!

What you will get is the run around.
