they took my moeny on 12-15-08 and then called me a few hours later and told me they were going to send the "upgraded version" becuase they no longer had the model I purchased.. I asked for specifics and pictures and they were nothing like what I had ordered initially. Too many differences, and something just wasnt right. So, I was told by Nick, that I would recieve a full refund but it would take 30 days to mail.

50 days later still no money and every time that i called i got your check is being processed. When i asked to speak to a manager i was hung up on. They only way I could speak to someone was through live chat or email. I said that i wanted a date that my check would be mailed and they said it could take 60 days then.. I then said that if i didnt get proof that they were mailing my money then i would dispute this at the bank. Now they say that because i mentioned the work dispute, even though i had not done so, that i would not recieve my refund.

I have filed a police report and filed forms with the attorney general office and states attorneys office, also with the BBB. They purposly do this to people to steal their money. they are robbing people and need to be stopped.
