I ordered an ATV for my 12 year old son for Christmas back in November. We had it shipped to our new home 6 states away. So it wasn't bad enought that he had to wait for 2 months til he got it, but when my husband went to put it together, it had no instructions, it was the wrong color, and no hardware to put the handlebars on with! I called to compalain, but of course, got nowhere. No Return Policy I was told. Color, no big deal, but it took them weeks and weeks to send us the parts and instructions. We waited....patiently.

Finally several weeks later we got the parts, and the instructions, written and translated from Chinese (my guess). They made no sense. We finally figured it out, but then it wouldn't start. Oil leaked all over the place, and we figured out that they didn't send us the cut-off switch cap. Called three times ofver several weeks. Sitting patiently, my son, waiting to ride his first ATV. It is now the end of March and the ATV is still not rideable because we did not get the part. Do not order from this company, do not waste your money, do not disappoint your child!
