LG Why don't you fix you're errors - BD-300 Firmware? Internet
The person whom reported you before me is correct. How can you put the wrong firmware out there and expect people download it to their Blu-Ray dvd player and cease playing regular dvd's. Then, on top of that, LG will not put a downgrade firmware or an upgrade so that people can get their dvd player back. Shame on you! Sylvester is reporting on you!

Do you know what version you had before? You can always go to the LG website and identify your product and look at all the downloads and select the version you had before. Download that version to your PC and copy it onto a CD or thumbdrive and then put that CD or thumbdrive onto your player and do the downgrade that way.
