LGMedSupply Will not respond to attempts to return defecive mchandise Pennsauken, New Jersey

I ordered an ultrasound machine from LGMedical and it is defective. I followed their instructions on how to return a product. You have to call (Phone) the company to get a return number in order to return merchandise. That is a real trick! They do not answer their phone, you get a recording after some canned music that tells you to leave your name, number and zip code and they will get back to you, of course they never do. I finally sent an e-mail to customer service and this is the answer I recieved exactly as written: jess, please help (my name) larry. I never have heard from jess. the machine was pricey so I am upset of course.
