Complaint Review: Li Shi Co. LTD

I purchased 

BRAVE THE WAVE WIG BY RAQUEL WELCH Regular price $98.56 Sale price$33.99   when it arrived it was NOTHING like the picture.  It was POORLY made and not as described - it wasn't the correct color - it had no label - the length of hair wasn't as described in the website,it wasn't lace front.   Their return/refund policy is different in different locations of the website -- some says you must contact them within 14 days some says 7 days.  you must contact them by email before returning anything.  They asked for pictures of the issues -- I sent them pictures of everthing.  They would not accept a return/refund.  They offered me a $5.00 refund on my purchase and I can keep the product.  I don't want to keep the wig - it is a piece of trash!    The website shows  "
