I called Lisa and asked about some of her puppies that I saw on puppyfind. I ask the basic questions about their health, knees from reading on this and eyes. She told me that she never had a bad knee on a dog or any bad eyes.
That was the first lies and more to follow.
She sold me a female black tri that I could not understand why she was walking the way she was limping. Then she would start to yelp when she would get up and down. I took her to my vet and she had 2 bad knees. One knee was so sever that she was going to have to have surgery and the other one was not much better he said. Then she had bad teeth on top of that. I got home from my vets and called her immediately and told her what was wrong with my dog. That I wanted to send her back for a full refund. She would not give me a refund nor would she take the dog back. She tried to tell me that the dog was doing great when she had her and that there was nothing wrong with her teeth.
She is very dishonest. She will be nice to your face then after that she isn't. She was very unprofessional when talking about other breeders and how bad some of them are. She said nothing nice about others. I did not like this dishonesty from her. I'm out $2,500.00 plus $250.00 for shipping on this puppy. I just plain got screwed by her. She is a thief. I would never recommend her. She did not stand by this puppy like she said that she would do in the beginning.

I am Phyllis Summerfield. I have Papillon4U., in Texas I have been slandered by this same person. It seems to be someone that doesn't want people to buy puppies from the internet. Well, they just need to get over it. I have had several families buy my puppies and have been extremely happy One lady from new York was so happy she bought a secnod one from me.
The reason I found this report on me was because someone emailed her and asked her if she had bought a puppy from me and if she had seen the report that was on the internet about me. She told me immediately about what was going on. She even went to one site and wrote a rebuttal that was several paragraphs to that person. Unfortunately, that report was removed from that site. I guess the owner/operators of that site could see flase accusations when they read them.

i am lisa tutt. i do honor a health guarantee. the person who made this report is none existant....it is the same person who has repeatedly made up stories using different names to trash my reputation. all buyers are more than welcome to come to my home and see my dogs....if they wish for a referral i will refer them to SANE breeders...i do not trash breeders i do not care for....i simply stay away from them. and do not refer others to them. this person is obviously mentally ill and has no real life so creates trouble for other people trying to make themselves feel a part of something. it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to verify your information...i have nothing to hide...and therefore i sleep just fine. lisa (((ROR redacted)))

Sharri or Rachel your report sounds very much like a "Rob". "Rob" also filed yet another report on yet another papillon breeder on the same day as this one. If you have nothing to do with "Rob" (though there are some definant particular similarities here) it is unfortunate because "Rob" seems to be working to discredit the majority of papillon reports which come up at the moment. The fact that this is ALSO one of the breeder's which "Rob" chose to target makes it a little hard to believe as well as the similarities and the fact that someone seems to have it out for papillon breeder's lately. Perhaps if you post any evidence you may have that you actually purchased a papillon from this breeder as well as the vet records clearly identifying as the same dog? Or maybe the breeder can confirm you actually did get a papillon from them and there was a disagreement or something? Please see;
