Complaint Review: Libert Wireless

Libert Wireless ripoff sent defective phone then made me pay for a replacement that wasn't what I orderd Largo Maryland

I orderd from Libertywireless a LG phone they sent me a phone that didn't work (found out afterwards that it was a refurbished phone). I then had to make a few calls (on hold forever) and pay $60.00 to get a replacement phone. 10 days later I got the phone witch wasn't the LG that I orderd.

Called them to tell them that wasn't what I ordered and they stated that they were having problems with the LG phones so they wern't selling them anymore(they were still on there website 2 weeks ago)so they were replacing them with red Kyocera phones. Sent the 2 phones back to them on 10-18-03 and to this date they just told me that they haven't recieved it when it only takes 3 days via usps to get there.

So far I am out over $200.00 and have never been able to use there phones. They like to bill you a week before your contract date so they have your money but they don't want to give me my money back. they have had my money for 7 weeks nowand I am still waiting.
