Liberty Acquisitions LLC Busch Professional Corporation This company attempts to collect debts from persons who are completely unrelated to the debtor because they have the same first name! Lakewood, Colorado
This company contacted me six months ago to collect a debt that did not belong to me solely because the actual debtor has the same first name as me. Despite numerous conversations and written correspondence, they initiated legal action against me.
After eight months of arguing, they still have not provided one piece of evidence to support their claims (because there is none). Instead of dismissing the claims, they continue to force me to fight an unfounded and frivilous lawsuit.
This company should not be allowed to pursue collection actions against persons who can prove that the debt they are attempting to collect is someone else's debt. Furthermore, this company should not continue initiating legal actions against innocent persons.
When is the Attorney General's office going to put a stop to these detrimental practices and sanction this company?

I too am having issues with Liberty Acquisitions. I've never been contacted by mail, e-mail or phone from this company. One day a lady showed up and said "You have been served". Now I am freaking out. I've never been to court for any reason what so ever and now I am supposed to go to court and I don't even know who, what, how much, or why. I have been doing a lot of research on this company and it looks like they have some pretty shady practices, I am hoping to find a lot more people who have had problems of this nature with them and hopefully they will be shut down. IF this is about a bill that I do in fact owe on I have no problem in making arrangements to get it paid, but the fact that the first time I ever hear from them is with a court order. How is someone supposed to even fight that?
