I was very disappointed with the level service I received at this Mall type Dealership, but what surprises me the most is that this is a dealership doing this, not a jiffy lube or pep boys type of situation.

The problems started with the oil changes, We (my wife and myself) started to notice that some fluids were not being filled all the way or at all. Now the fluids that are in question were not that important. But it makes you wonder what else are they forgetting about? Especially after you inform the service manager about this issue and have it written on service invoice to check these fluids and remind them that your paying for a full service that the problem still goes unnoticed. The service managers response to all this? Your not paying full price, for your oil change, your using a coupon. Do you believe it? I then said Hey I don't mean to b***h but if the sign says that's the service coupon or not, just do it, Jesus.

My situation got worse when I started asking for replaced parts, for proof of working being done. My car was dented while being serviced, I know they knew about it. When they finish your servicing on the weekends they pull your car right up to the front of the service area after they wash it and hand you the keys. In this case they parked my car in the lot with the dented side face away from my view! When my wife tried to explain what had happen the manager accused her of lying! It wasn't until I had went in there and had explained my side of the story that I had the problem taken care of.

The last problem we had was something with a sensor that they couldn't or didn't fix when I had the 30,000 mileage servicing which now was my responsibility to set up and take care of. The 30K servicing I found out was nothing but a few checks of this and that not to mention one of their world famous oil changes LOL and a replacement of spark plugs, if needed, and I think a transmission drain and refill, what made me choke was the 300+ $ for this service!

I have changed Dealerships and sure enough first oil change at the new dealership the same stuff, forgotten fluids, I even asked the service tech to check, he said he did and when I picked up the car nope! I swear I'll never buy a Hyundai again. Love the car hate the hassle of trying to find a competent, reliable, dealership to service the car. Labor like this also runs anywhere in the area of 80$ an hour! Freedom is calling but not at that price.

I've been dealing with Liberty Auto City for about 5 years. I bought a Subaru Outback from them and have used them for all service as well as body work.

I have always been satisfied with their work and their response to my questions. In the few instances when I had a problem, it was solved to my satisfaction.
