I was contacted by a Jeffrey Corso with Palmer Automotive Extended Warranty the last week of December 2014.  He kept stating this is the last time I can get a warranty for my car, yet he kept calling up until January 2015.  I decided in January to purchase it, considering he stated how everything on my car is covered instantly and he has been with the company for over 15 years and his clients call him directly if they ever encounter a problem, and so on and so forth. ..

Needless to say,  in march 2015 my turbo blew out on my car.   I quickly started calling about my warranty as the car is now undrivable.  First,  I was told I had towing.   Then when I need a tow,  I'm told that I have to pay for the tow and IF my claim gets approved,  I will get reimbursed.   Then my car gets to a mazda dealership. ... mazda contacts LIBERTY AUTOMOTIVE PROTECTION (I was told I was covered by palmer auto to then find out it's Liberty auto)... it took liberty adjuster 2 weeks to get to my car at mazda to view it to deny or approve my claim.  I provided my last pull change receipts, as requested by liberty.   The mechanics told me that the adjuster asked them "was their oil in the car when it was towed? "  the mechanics told him "very little, there was a huge black cloud of smoke when we turned the car on at the place of the tow."  Well.... he instantly denied my claim due to lack of maintenance and low oil, which they ate claiming caused the turbo to blow.  Even the mechanics stated to me that this is BOGUS. ... as when thev turbo blew,  it sucks my oil out and quickly was burning it,  hence the large cloud of thick,  black smoke that was trailing my car when they ran it at the tow location and then at the dealership during the  diagnostic.   The car obviously had oil in it prior to the turbo blowing, or else their would be more damage and signs of sludge,  which I DO NOT have!

Point blank. ... they look for ANY excuse to deny your claim, bogus or not!  They took my first initial payment of $400 then monthly payments of $110 for 3 months to deny my claim and then when I was dissatisfied. They told me to cancel!    So then they would give me absolutely nothing and they made $700 from me!  I asked to speak with Jeff corso,  my sales rep..... I was informed that he no longer works there! !!!  After the whole sales pitch of..... "I've been here 15 years. ... I value all my costumers and I will fix any complains that may arise. .... YADDI YADDI YADDI"

Now,  my car is sitting in mazda, I can't afford to fix it,  as this is why I purchased an extended warranty.  ... I have provided every document they requested.  When this began, I went out and got av rental car,  as my contract states they pick up my rental fees as well.. Advised from my mechanics,  stating that their would be no v rain the warranty wouldn't pick up this claim!!  Well,  Liberty automotive warranty found an illigitimate excuse to deny! .....Well, they denied that now too.... so,  considering it took 3 weeks to get a result from liberty. .. I racked up $1200 in rental fees too.

I Just don't understand how a handful of mechanics can claim they denied for an inaccurate reason,  yet their adjuster and company won't change their decision.   I have come to realize that I've been scammed.  They bist tell their adjusters to DENY,  DENY,  DENY. ... no matter the circumstances!   They need to be punished and take responsibility as daily they are scamming more and more people.
