Complaint Review: liberty benefit group

I ordered the card on 8-20-01 and waited. I sent around $240.00 to this rip off company thinking they were probably a good place. Normally I dont just do something like this because I know there is a lot of rip offs around. I was told upon money transfer that I would receive a card in a package that would inculde a few vacations just like the yellow post card said. My 4-6 weeks went by nothing came. I was looking foward to it because I could have used it to by my daughter some cristmas presents, I was very short on cash and at the time running be hinde alittle. I called them many times at least once every two weeks waiting on hold for about a half hour each time. I work for a living like most do and didnt appreaciate the customer service at all along with the not getting what I had paid for. The last time I called them was 1-05-02 I waited on hold again waisting my time. When the rep. answered I simply said I have asked before for my money back and I want it back now. Your company has delayed long enough she said our company doesnt so do refunds just like the last lady told me. Then she said within 20 days youll get your poackage along with a free computer. I said a free computer and she said yes, due to the delay. I found it hard to beleive and I was right because that 20 days whent by and nothing. Well for all you others out there thats been ripped off by this company if your refund doesnt come take them to court and let them pay the court cost time missed from work and any other inconveince you can think of they need to go out of buisiness if they havent already lately their phones have not been working either I guess those are shut off. If anyone knows the owner/owners please drop a line to me I'd realy like to know who owes mw money!!!
