My girlfriend was also defrauded by liberty benefits/credit enhancement services/check fee/checkmax; and I have been trying to get her 219.99 back for over two months to no avail.
Apparently, Ronald Cappuccio is the brilliant lawyer/registered agent for service of process behind Liberty Benefits, Credit Enhancement Services, Check Fee/aka Check Max corporations,
although he refuses to discuss the activities of the companies or respond to written requests for information or refunds.
