Complaint Review: liberty benefits package llc

I received that same yellow postcard. On August 6, 2001 $221.99 was taked out of my account. I called after about 8 weeks, they told me due to the september 11th crisis it was gonna take up to 15 weeks. Today is November 20th, I still haven't received anything from them. I called today and the lady told me it was sent on the 14th of November. I told her I didn't want the credit card or the stupid package. I also told her I wanted my money refunded and she said they couldn't do that. I asked to talk to her superior and she just kept giving me the runaround. It really makes me sick that those jerks can do this to innocent people who obviously needed the card for one reason or another.

I hope everyone affected by this can do something about it whether on our own or together. I sent an e-mail to the Better Business Bureua just in case they can help me some how. My dad is also trying to find something to do about it.
