Complaint Review: Liberty Carpet Cleaning

Beware of Liberty Carpet Cleaning/All Floor Care based in Philadelphia/ tri-state area. Their ad claims they can "Remove spots, Deep scrub for Heavy soiled areas, traffic lanes..." so, he was called in for spot removal. Before he started the job, I specifically asked him if he could remove the darker spots in my carpet, and he insisted a deep cleaning throughout the house will make the carpet all look the same and the spots will be gone. However, after he "deep-cleaned" the carpet the spots are still there. Then he said: "It's still wet, after 2 hours when it's dry, the spots will be gone." So, he charged me for a whole house carpet cleaning but even after the carpet dries the spots are still there, and not removed! He doesn't deliver what he advertises. His ad is just a way to get into your home. Liberty Carpet Cleaning is a big liar.

He also wanted me to pay cash saying he won't charge me sales tax if I pay cash. That's another trick he plays: if you are not satisfied with his work, you can't stop payment on cash. I will never use Liberty Carpet Cleaning again and I don't want anybody else to go through the bad experience I had with Liberty Carpet Cleaning. Don't let Liberty Carpet Cleaning in your home!
