I took my 2002 Impala LS for a front-end alignment and oil change. Liberty Chevrolet charged me $79.95 for diagnosis, inwhich service advisor informed me, a Liberty Chevrolet mechanic supposedly found a hub bearing and outer tie rod end loose. Taken vehicle to another mechanic the same day, who informed me that there were only one nut loose; rubber on the tie rod was busted, but wasn't loose. Honesltly i believe my vechicle drove worst after leaving Liberty Chevrolet!

The second mechanic informed me that the car was very dangerous to drive and would have eventually ruined the wheel bearing and CV, which could have caused wheel to come of while in motion! Tighting the nut and rubber on the tie rod i was ready to ride!
