This company needs to be put out of business. They prey on innocent people who need financial assistance and can least afford to have unsuspecting funds deducted from their bank accounts.  My credit union requires its members to get new checking accounts when companies create these counter checks and submit them for payment.  If we were to write checks like this and submit for payment to their banks, we would be charged with a felony...why doesn't the same apply to them. 

Liberty Discount operates out of one of the richest cities in the United States, yet they continue to get away with these underhanded fees that are not visible when applying for a loan.  What can we do to put these scammers out of business once and for all?  Do not use this sight for any reason!!
