Complaint Review: LIBERTY FORD RANDALLSTOWN MD

i've read the previous complaints and agree with them.

i purchased a car from liberty ford, was supposed to get get free oil changes for life.

one year and a few months shy of purchase date i go in for fourth oil change. Now tell me oil change now costing $264.00. asked why, was told was for cleaning points, checking batteries, cables, breaks and  belts and topping off fluids. even if went to oil changing place like jiffy lube, not charge $264.00.

when brought to service person i speaking with, they said it was explained at time of purchase which it was not. if it had been who have delined, who in right mind would pay $264. for oil change when could go anywhere and et done for less that $75.00? before you go to liberty ford or any car place check out the BBB. they tell you what others are saying about company, it can give you some idea what/whom you will be working with
