This is how it went down with me. A man named Benjamin Ward called me and said that they could build my credit back up. I said ok they needed my bank acc # and rou # to see what kind of % i would get. At first they had trouble with my acc # so i then talked to another dude named Richard Raymos wich is suppose to be the manager.

Anyway he said 6.9% so then i had to go through some voice machine to verify my identity and banking. They also are going to take out 300 and said that I would get in return the 300 + 100 just to prove to them that i do have the money and can pay them accordingly. I am really convinced that it is ok but, Now that i read these other messages i think i messed up.

What can I do??? Will a stop payment work and does it need to be stopped on Liberty group services???? Has this happened to anyone else please type in your situation.

LOOK THIS IS RICHARD RAMOS AND ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THIS IS NOT A SCAM. NO ONE EVER SAYS WE ARE GIVING A CREDIT CARD.

IT IS A CATALOG CARD AND WE REPORT TO THE CREDIT BEAUREAUS(SORRY I CANT SPELL PERFECT)EVERY MONTH, BUT ANY WAY WE EXPLAIN THAT YOU WOULD RECIEVE YOUR CARD 30 DAYS AFTER THE FUNDS CLEAR YOUR BANK, YOU ARE IMPATIENT. ALSO WE PLAY AN AUDIO RECORDING OF YOUR TERMS WHICH IS NOT ONLY SPECIFIC BUT WE ALSO ASK IF IT WAS CLEAR AND IF YOU UNDERSTAND.

WHICH IN ORDER FOR THE VERBAL CONTRACT TO BE VALID YOU HAVE TO AGREE. YOU ARE TOLD THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO IT, NO ONE IS FORCING YOU TO GIVE ANY INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE.

YOU DO IT ON YOUR OWN FREE WILL. WE ARE LEGIT AND THE ATOURNEY GENERAL KNOWS OF OUR BUISNESS AND ALLOWS US TO STILL OPERATE.

MCDONNALDS HAS BAD REPORTS TOO. AND FOR EVERY UNHAPPY COUSTOMER WE HAVE 5 HAPPY CLIENTS WHO ARE FOLLOWING OUR PROGRAM AND ARE BUILDING CREDIT.

The same thing happened to me word for word...i am trying to get my money back and since it has been more than 60 days since the first payment they took out of my acct i m trying to get 250 of that back...and still have not seen credit card...face it...they got us good...but i am fighting this ... i don't want their d**n card...they are cheap skates who try ruining other peoples lives because they are scum...we need to put a stop to people like this...i filed a report on here...check it out! good luck
