Complaint Review: Liberty Harley Davidson

Liberty Harley Davidson Harley Davidson Motorcycles I went to harley dealership for an electrical problem in which the mechanics misdiagnosed the problem costing me appx. 800 bucks just to have the same problem reoccur. No refund allowed. Rahway, New Jersey

When my father passed, I inherited his 1990 harley electro glide full dress.  I was having electrical problems with the bike and trusted Liberty harley to be qualified to stand behind its product.  However the problem was presumed to be found, but always reoccurred.  I dont believe it was even hooked to a diagnostic machine to be evaluated or at least it wasnt on any of the charges. My next visit cost me 800 bucks for a problem they claimed to fix but had failed again by taking short cuts in my opinion. My last visit consisted of them claiming it was a wire exposed, but four to five days later, click, click, click again. They refuse to take the bike back saying there was nothing else they can do.  I felt what they can do is refund my money for misdiagnosis.  And if they are not qualified to fix their own product, Why would you rob me. As a black man, I always feel minorities with harley are treated poorly than others.
