Complaint Review: Liberty Honda

Brought the car for a specific service. I wanted the timing belt and water pump changed. I was called and was told that they could only be changed if I would agree to have the head gasket, thermostat and the radiator changed, a $2200 job. I declined and went to pick up the car. They charged me $99.65 for a diagnosis that I did not request. They refused to let me speak with the manager.
