Complaint Review: Liberty Law Network

 I feel like such a fool!  Totally bought into Liberty Law's radio ads, bite hook line and sinker...  They're sales rep Johnny Leonardo sold us a totaly line of bull...  He was up front about not being able to get a loan mod over the phone because my lender was IndyMac, and don't get me started on IndyMac, that's a whole other horror story...  Johnny told us that they didn't work directly with the customer service people that it went directly to the lender's legal department...  Sounded good to me and my husband so we paid the initial $995 for the forensic audit...  Got the results and they found a couple of violations, but upon further investigation they violations were gone...  Calls and emails came but only after my initiation...  As of July 6th according to my loan processor at Liberty Law the lender has my file and was instructed to call back in 10 days to see if anything was missing...

I'm writing off the $2,000 I spent and didn't really have as a learning experience...  Bottom line, I'm working with the lender on my own, submitting the required documents and I'm hoping for a good resolution...

I will be hunting them down, I have received contact from the Bar after I filed the complaint.  Now it's time to go after the firm for the damages.

Also, you really need to look hard at AllState Credit Solutions. I have found on sos.ca.gov that they opened around 4 months after Liberty Law Network and they shared the same building as well as their paperwork are all merged.  It's illegal for an attorney to do biz with a non-law unlicensed firm.  It's so goofed up.  Also, the address for the Agent of Service for Allstate Credit Solutions is a "non-address" no good... Also I think the Federal Trade would like to know about credit cleaning without a proper licensed attorney accosiated with them.

O my goodness what do we do? where do go? and what do we do to get our money back, We just rcvd a letter from our bank stating we are not eligible for the program.  The first legal rep named Edward Bartucca left and left us hanging with no contact info and to top it off our 1st time, we were excited and vulnarable we believed him, we asked for copies and he said the copy machine was down and had a another client waiting for him so he was very caring but in a rush so we let him know to call us when done, we left all our docs with him well they send it back when it was raining via mail in yellow envelope!!!! and without our copies!!!!!!! I was very furious called lft mssg yes he did call back apologizing I asked him to call us never send through mail we will pick them up.  He was also working with an Angela Fowler which supposedely faxed the docs to the Bank and the bank never rcvd it. Well this went on contacting by email then all of a sudden no replies forever.  We called the receptionist told us he left  So they put us through

Liberty Law Network- One of the firm associate called me after all these happen and say that he/she can continue to help me resubmit all paperwork to the lender for modify but only charge me $700!! How could they do this... try to rip me off one more time?? He/she said that they still have my file.... this is against privacy isn't it?? Also my friend had Allstate credit solution through the firm and it end up is a scam. Because she seted up a monthly withdraw payment from her bank account, the bank said she can't cancle it unless she close her bank account....Is there anyway to stop those scammers??

A class action law suit should be really considered against Colombana. Report him to the BBB, consumer rip off report...get the word out there. As far as All State Credit Solutions, they need to be reported as well to the Federal Trade for their scam as well. I'm all for getting my money back and putting a stop to this SCAM and everyone involved! If the amount stolen is under $5000 than you can take him to small claims court to get your money back-that's what I'm doing.

We too are not getting any response. We were sold on the forensic loan report as well. We thought everything was okay because different people were emailing back and responding.  Now, the phones just suddenly stopped working.  Anyone with ideas to get our money back, let us know!

Has anyone taking legal action against Liberty Law Network?
Anything we can do to get our money back?
They took $3500 of ours!!!  Everything written here is what we went through. Attorney was to work our files.  $1000 paid for the forensic audit.
