Yeah, blow me you punk. Go f**k yourself. You didn't go to my web site then how did I get you're gay f**king info then. Are you really that stupid, wait don't answer that. I know the answer all ready.
===========================

REAL proffesional of him isn't it? MLM same sad story. Go on the website and the whole thing is vague at best. When you go to Walmart does the sign say store, inside some product? Do you have to pay to go into Walmart? No same old story, and these people try to defend it by telling their exaggerated stories. I have to admit I fell for it once with a company and pulled out after watching a woman I met lose ALL her 401K money. I watched her follow "the plan" do the presentations and now she is broke, has to take the bus to work. All those supportive people in her upline? GONE sipping booze on a beach at her expense.

Sounds like spam.

Based on your response, I too would not be appreciative of any LLI rep repeatedly spamming my inbox with an invitation to their opportunity without my request. From your responses, I have no idea as to how this individual might have come in possesion of your e-mail address. It sounds like he might be utilizing some type of spam e-mail marketing stratgies, which would most definately be breaking LLI's compliance and anti-spam policy.

Some time ago, LLI also banned "Auto-Dialers". An "Auto-Dialer" is basically the telephone version of spam e-mail. It sends out your telephone messege in mass to thousands of people's phone numbers who never contacted you. It's telephone spam basically. I found out that LLI had sent out a company wide e-mail informing each and every LLI associate about the use and ban of "Auto-Dialers". In this same e-mail to each LLI rep, the company threatened to "terminate" anyone who is caught spamming people's telephones with an "Auto-Dialer".

My suggestion to you is to report and foward those e-mails Dan Richardson sent you to LLI's compliance department. That's sure to put and end to Dan Richardson's spamming of his LLI opportunity to your inbox.

Tim-

Hello TIm and thanks for the response. I see you have a very analytical mind, that is great. I did NOT submit anything to this individual and I always get invitations from companies I never called or emailed. I get PrimeAmerica calling me at home for crying out loud. I once got a call on my cell phone asking to come into an interview. I checked them out on this website and sure enough it is another scam.

I appreciate your information on the drip system, it helps me out. I once was involved in a MLM company not knowing what it meant. I made good money just selling the product and had a steady customer base. The problems started when I got a call from some vice president asking me if I wanted to make $10K a month? I said sure, he said"Well all you have to do is recruit, start with the family and your customers" That was all she wrote and the whole business went in the toilet. I sold all my product and then pulled out and cancelled my "membership" They called me constantly and offered me a 50% discount but I walked away. When I get these emails from these people they are all the same it is like there is a universal script out there. You seem very intelligent so I know you most likely will not be suckered in.

Stay smart and healthy!
Respectfully,
Alex

Your retail job story is irrelevant.

I don't know this guy, I don't know you, nor am I even involved in LLI or with any of it's people. Here's what I'm seeing so far.

You made reference to an e-mail "Invitation". The question remains, did you or did you not at any point submit your info to any work from home type website FIRST, particularly Dan's vague misleading website that you still have not posted a link to?

Based on the e-mails you pasted above, it looks like you have and aren't admitting you did, or don't remember.

His email to you says "Why did you respond to my web site.." so it seems like YOU did sumbmit your contact info on his website first. DID YOU? Yes or no?

All LLI associate websites I've seen require YOU to imput YOUR info such as e-mail and phone number in order for the LLI rep to contact YOU back with more info, since they don't have your information (at least they shouldn't).

Once your information has been received, lot of LLI reps will input people's e-mail addresses who have repsonded to their website, but never joined or got started with the company. They call it a "Drip" system. It will automatically keep periodically sendind people reminder or invitation e-mails after someone has turned down the opportunity, in hopes that sometime later down the road, someone will get started who at first did not.

I think this drip or follow up feature is part of their generic LLI websites that they call their "back office". They use it to keep track of the status of all their leads. When they update or change the status of an individual lead, the system will automatically send out these reminder e-mails or follow up emails, depending on the lead's status or situation for them.

So, if you never at any time submitted your contact info to this guy's LLI website, he's breaking the companies Anti Spam policy. In this case, just send those same e-mails to their compliance department as I have already mentioned.

Either way, this Dan LLI guy is very unprofessional it seems.

I worked in retail for a number of years and even if people come in screaming and cursing I CANNOT go off on them. I have got these invitations before and somehow they got my e-mail address. I am sick of get rich quick schemes. I told him to shove his invitation. I did not call him names or insult him. I had a "gentleman" come in and begin to swear at another customer where I work, I asked him nicely to stop, he then turned his verbal assault on me. I did not ONCE go off on him or begin to call him names, . THis man even began to insult where I worked I worked. I could care less, years of martial arts training helped me keep cool. I will not say i am an angel after Mr. Richardson insulted me I gave him both barrels but I did not email him out of the blue and say "Hi your a **^*%^%*&!"
Have a fun and productive day.

Alex

You should foward those e-mails to Liberty League's Compliance department. Their e-mail address is compliance@libertyleague.com

There is one thing you never mention though. is Did you say anything to Mr. Dan Richarson in the first place for him to be upset and send you those vulgar insulting messeges? Did you insult him first? What's the story? Can you post a link to the website in question?
