Liberty Lottery Corp They sent a letter with a check stating that i had won $200,000.00...a check enclosed was for $4,850.00 and they stated for me not to cash it yet, but to call a phone number which is 1-416-826-5158...When i called that number I got a very rude man who said his name was Dan Algor...the letter said I had to call him to get activation and further clarification. This man had a very heavy accent and Ontario Canada
i received a letter from Liberty Lottery Corp stating that i had won $200,000.00 and a check was enlosed for $4,850.00...But letter said i could not cash that check til I called Dan Algor at 1-416-826-5158 ...When I called that number a man with a hugh heavy accent answered and when i asked him his name he had to think and than claimed his name to be Dan Algor. He was rude and very defensive with my questions. In the letter it claims by talking to him it activates the account...but taxes (GST) were $3,650.00 and Administrative Costs of $1,100.00. Add those 2 numbers together and you get $4,750.00....
Yet the check they enlosed was for $4,850.00....Immediately with all of this I had red flags going up all over the place !! They further stated in the letter that names were chosen from people who shopped at Wal-Mart, Sears, JC Penney and Home Depot....How very clever of these idiots to pick the most shopped stores...I had to laugh...These are very clever people....The letter was dated September 24, 2008....Ref #: LFI/9/24/008....Which was another red flag as they left out the 2 for 2008....
When i told this jerk of all jerks, that any lotteries i've ever won, always the taxes are taken out and check is hand delivered , he became enraged and said that I could just forget it all !!!
Don't be a victim of their crimes and schemes..Suing them will be an All-Time-High for me...I want to see them go under !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHO Cheryl........who is it that you want to see "go under"......a nameless faceless entity? These people are so far gone by the time most people realize they've been scammed. Though the name on the checks may be real.....the checks themselves arent...the company name and letterhead has been gleaned illegally from somewhere.
These scammers are most often not in the US....they are in Canada more often than not. There is no one to sue ....and technically no one to bust here. Just be glad you didnt follow suit and expect something for nothing like the hundreds of others.
