We filed a business loss claim and were assigned an unqualified and possibly unlicensed Claim Adjuster, Tracy Shook.  Tracy Prepared an estimate of loss and omitted quite a bit of damaged property from the estimate.  As for depreciation, Tracy decided to make most all items depreciable at 50% or above, even items that were less than a few months old.

  Tracy's so called Supervisor, Robert.Johnson, who does not appear in the directory of supervisors on Liberty Mutual Directory, decided he can authorize a settlement check without request for an advance or authorization from the insured.  It goes further that when steps were taken to reach out to the District Claim Supervisor, Patrick Paolantonio, or the David Long, CEO, these attempts went unanswered. 

Liberty Mutual will harrass you to get your monthly premium, but when it comes to claim handling, or the welfare of their insureds, they are very disinterested.  Be cautious about selecting this Company.
