I was hit 01/30/2011 by a reckless driver.  Filed the claim less than 24 hours later with Ohio Casualty, my carrier. Car was towed and available to inspect in less than 24 hours.  Within in 24 hours, other driver's insurance contacted me, took some additional information and let me know they would accept 100% of the claim, and have Ohio Casualty subrogate.

It is now day 22 and there is still no estimate for the repairs.  Car is sitting at the body shop with no approval of claim, no check for repair, nothing.  Multiple calls end in voice mail and/or voice mail is full.  No return calls.

The policy is for a fleet of 6 company cars.  We have asked our broker to find us a better company.  We would usually go with better price but now we know to look for service issues.
