I joined liberty mutual insurance (07-18-2020 -07-18-2021,i pay monthly through an automated process,liberty mutual insurance,took an extra  $100 from my account that i had for food and medicine,i'm a disable vetera.

I'll have to go without food,and medicine until (0ctober 1,2020,policy#AOS-291-452521-70 01. I was only suppose to pay $152.74,they took $100,more than i was suppose to pay,that put me i a severe hardship,they can take any amount they want,when you do automated payment?

Liberty Mutual auto double billed and refuses to refund.

 Liberty Mutual auto ins agreed to 50 dollars a month and then charged 59.17 a month and double billed 2 credit cards and refuses to refund. Their website will not work re resigitered and changed password and the Liberty Mutual website is nor accessable. The Liberty Mutual rep stated yes we billed both of your cards for 59.17 for april 2023. He got angry and stated how dare you we do not steal your money but we will not refund we will only put the amount twored any future insurance you buy from us. Terrible can not even access account to remove my credit cards and i expect they will just keep billing even though i requested to cancel the policy.
