Liberty National Financial Corp Will not pay on Bonds for Freight Bills Norman Oklahoma

We own a trucking company. One Broker we used went out of business and we didn't receive payment from them.So this broker owe to us $3200 for 3 orders. They asked us to file on their Bond which we did Two month after we hauled the loads.

It was in February 6, 2015.LIBERTY NATIONAL FINANCIAL CORP said we were going to get paid in full.Instead of paying the claim as they was legally obligated to,they sent a denial letter stating there were no driver's signature on the paperwork for the cars being delivered.

We had customers signatures on there stating that the job was done and done to satisfaction. We rectified the no signature from the driver and resent the paperwork where they said we would still get paid in full.

It is now August 27,2015.This is 6 months later and we are still yet to see a dime and hear nothing but a varying level of excuses why we are yet to get paid for this claim.

They said we need to wait 2 or 3 month to get pay.But when we call to them in 3 month, they always say so and so is in meeting or cannot be reached at this time.Or again the same will pay in 3 month. We are tired of hearing their lies.

Please do not ever use this company as they are the biggest ripoff there is.

CLAIM RESOLVED According to Federal Regulations

This is a Rip Off Report. You have stated we did not pay your claim in full. Our customer procured a $75,000.00 trust with us in order to meet the Federal Requirements for Cargo Brokers. As such, we are responsible to pay all legitimate claims up to and no more than $75,000.00. The claims for said customer, exceeded $75,000.00. When a situation like this arises we can do one of two things; we can pay out claims on a 'first come, first serve' basis (in which case we would only end up paying the first 10 or so claimants and we would have 100 Rip Off reports instead of just this one from carriers who got nothing) or we can try and make sure all the claimants at least get "something" by paying these claims out of the 75k via "pro rata". When paying claims via "pro rata" each claimant is paid in proportion to what claim is of the total sum of claims out of $75,000.00. This process ensures that Carriers (like yourself) at least get something. There is no reason why our company should be expected to pay more than the promised 75k out in claims. We did not rip you off, we did not cheat you, we dealt with you honorably and fairly. The company you should be making a Rip Off Report on is the one who promised you money for a load and did not follow through. Kindly consider removing this Rip Off report, since it is not truly applicable to our company.

I opened claim on February 6,2015. They don't want to pay, find some excuses. Finally, they paid only $1400.Sent a check for $1400 with no documents why they didn't pay $3200. I keep caling during 3 weeks, request documents about this claim, nobody respond, they just said :''our maneger will call you'',but nobody call. They did not paid for my claim in full with no reason.
