Liberty one AM NY ANTHONY On October 21st my supervisor came up to me at the end of my shift and told me that he is going to have to let me go. All I want is my last check on work that I've already done. Long Island City New York
Apparently the day before my supervisor and a spy the company hired was spying on me and observed me finishing work a half an hour earlier than usual but didn't see me clock out until an half an hour later so basically I was fired for stealing the companies time which is about $4. Anyways I've been leaving messages about my last check and what happened to it and no one is calling me back and letting me know anything on what is going on.
I am filing a report against Liberty one AM NY for unpaid wages. I was fired for some bull s* and on top of that they don't want to give me my last paycheck. All I wanted was whats owed to me.
